Mark Morris - Director

I’m Mark Morris, a world Christian – a person with a passion for God and his desire for all peoples to be gathered at his throne. Since 1970 I’ve known my life’s purpose has something to do with being a world Christian, committed to share Christ among those who have yet to hear the truth of God’s revelation in Jesus Christ.

From 1983 to 1997 my family and I lived in Africa and Asia. We served as church planters for 4 years in South Africa. In South Africa I developed my first of many human needs projects, responding to the plight of Mozambican refugees in 30 villages along the border of Kruger National Park.  For the subsequent 6 years I served as a Strategy Coordinator among unreached people groups in Central Asia. Afghanistan became a passion during those years as we responded to one of the largest movements of displaced persons in history.  During my final 4 years overseas I supervised Christian workers and church planting strategies throughout Central and Southern Asia. I ended those years with the International Mission Board as Regional leader of Central and Southern Asia.

In 1997 I returned to the US to co-found All Peoples, a church consulting group which assisted churches to impact the least reached. From 2000-2007 I took my global experience and applied it to a mega church, Germantown Baptist, where we started 101 churches, sent several thousand volunteers on short term missions, mobilized around 50 for long-term mission service, and started over 150 local and global ministries. Later I served on the Mission Staff of Rick Warren’s church, Saddleback Valley Community Church, where we developed PEACE – for the purpose of guiding every small group into local and global missions.

During my time in local church ministry I was blessed by a growing community of missional leaders seeking to share ideas and grow in effectiveness at influencing generations to come.  As a result Mission Leader, Inc was founded to assist mission leaders as they seek to mobilize and equip churches to develop World Christians.  Last Letter is the realization of a person dream to bridge the missional gap between this generation and the next.

Drew Cline - Creative Director

Worship is more about a lifestyle than it is a style of music or church service. Drew has been communicating that message in churches around the country for over 16 years. Serving the local church both on staff in Worship and Student ministry as well as serving as a special guest artist or worship leader, Drew has led thousands of congregations in worship. As a highly sought-after studio session singer, Drew has been a part of great record projects for such artists as Mercy Me, Third Day, Dolly Parton, Promise Keepers, Don Moen, Steve Green, and many more. His voice has also been heard on such commercial projects as Ford, Chevrolet, The Today Show, and others. Drew toured in 2006 and 2007 as the lead singer for veteran CCM group NEWSONG, and was nominated for a Dove Award for his work on the NewSong, “The Christmas Hope” project.  Drew has shared the stage with such great artists as Steven Curtis Chapman, Jeremy Camp, Toby Mac, Hawk Nelson, Sanctus Real, Lincoln Brewster, and countless others. He has also led worship at great churches like Saddleback Community Church, Willow Creek, Lakewood, and Dr. Stanley’s First Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA.

Drew released, “Way Of Life”, his first original worship project, on Undone Recordings, in ’07 internationally to rave reviews of songs inspired by and for the church. Hiis first radio single “I Will (Lift My Eyes)” was a top 40 single and in 2007’s top 100 of Adult Contemporary songs for radio. “I Will” was also recently featured on Worship Leader Magazine’s “Song Discovery” CD sampler as track #1.

Drew is passionate about community, art and justice and loves to lead people to the throne room of God. He is the Creative Arts Pastor at Journey Church in Franklin, TN, and serves as the Creative Director for the Last Letter.
