Projects for the Last Letter Lifestyle

Our desire is to recapture the passion and dedication of those who have sacrificed everything to bring justice in Jesus’ name. Take up your crosses daily and follow Jesus …
into the slums of India, into the HIV hospices of Africa, into child labor rackets in the far East, into waterless villages, into garbage-dump cities, into lands ruled by extremist regimes, into the least-reached villages and into the most crime-ridden neighborhoods in our cities.

ONE HOPE

India

ONGOING

Work with HIV patients. Strengthen a local HIV medical ministry. Meet basic physical, educational and spiritual needs through facilitating training, implementing medical teams and making home visits. Share Christ with those who have very little hope.

WorldCrafts

WorldCrafts makes a difference . . . for victims of modern-day slavery. Each year, by force, fraud, or coercion, millions of people find themselves trapped in bonded labor and sexual exploitation. WorldCrafts artisan groups are working to end these evils by providing a sustainable income to people in poverty. When earning a living wage, parents are less likely to be seduced by a sex trafficker’s poison promises regarding their daughter’s future. And young women hoping for a better life are less likely to fall prey to criminals seeking to use and abuse the most vulnerable.

Organizations

The attached list provides some well-known humanitarian aid organizations from secular, Christian, and Evangelical circles. Others listed may be little known but well respected. Please contribute to our list by recommending organizations that we should consider adding. Note that Last Letter disclaims any responsibility for involvement with these groups, nor does Last Letter vouch for these organizations.
